We are a local family owned Vacation Rental LLC

Tybee has been our home for over ten years now and we love our little island. Over the past few years we have established great rental history with mostly returning guests. The opportunity to meet such fun loving travelers would be the best part of this journey. 

Our goal is to make sure each of our guests are treated like you are staying in your own beach home. We provide our homes for you to enjoy the islands and historic Savannah.  In the rental homes you will find, not only all the amenities, but also a list of activities and restaurants for you to explore over your stay.

Tybee Island offers a variety of activities and restaurants, and culture to fit any style of beach vacation. 

On the island you will find history , art, music, and food to immerse yourself into. With Historic Savannah Georgia only 20 minutes away makes this beach a perfect place to start you coastal vacation. 

Main attractions on Tybee:

The Pier located in the heart of Tybee. Offering numerous local restaurants and night life entertainment along with shopping and local galleries.The Pier also host several events and parades each year including St Patrick's Day/ Memorial Day/ Labor Day and Fireworks Every Fourth of July.

The Lighthouse, Located of Beautiful North End, https://www.tybeelighthouse.org/

Marine Science Center and Museum, located next to the pier( new center plans to open on north end 2021) and is a great place for families to enjoy the marine life that Tybee is known for. Hands on tanks and tours daily.

We enjoyed our time here. This condo was perfect for our family. It was a beautiful condo in a great location. The little restaurant at the end of the street was so delicious we ate there twice. The beach was beautiful and my family was able to fish from the pier. We hope to be able to come back for a longer stay in the near future. We could not have been happier with the condo and the owner. He was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We loved this townhouse. Oceans views was beautiful. It was one of the most stocked rental I have stayed at so far..We did not have to out for anything. Loved the pool and resturant. We will definitely rent this condo again.

We felt right at home in this wonderful condo! All the special touches made it very enjoyable! We enjoyed the bikes also. The bike tires were low on air so we called Jonathan and he was there in less than 10 mins to fix it which was amazing!! Great location to enjoy Tybee and Savannah! Highly recommend!

Great Condo Close To The Beach

Condo was perfect place for our Bi-Annual Family Beach Vacation. It was clean and well appointed, and Jon; the owner, was very helpful. We had a sick grand kid so we called Jon and he gave us names of doctors and Urgent Care locations. There is an easy, sort walk to the a beautiful beach, pier, and Nature Center. In the covered, underground garage, there were 4 bikes, floats, body boards and sand toys to use. All in all, a great place! Thanks for your hospitatlity!
